Introduction

Until Lubbih is formally incorporated, these documents are provided by the operators of the Lubbih platform ("Lubbih," "we," "us," or "our"). Your agreement is with those operators, reachable at the contact details below. When a registered company becomes the operator of Lubbih, these pages will be updated to name that entity.

Welcome to Lubbih, a curated deals marketplace for Jamaica. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They form an agreement between you and the operators of Lubbih regarding your use of the website and purchase of deals (vouchers for discounted goods or experiences from third-party merchants).

By accessing or using Lubbih, creating an account, or purchasing a deal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lubbih.

1. About Lubbih

Lubbih markets and sells vouchers for merchant offers (Food, Accommodations, Wellness, Events, and similar categories). Merchants provide the underlying goods or services. Lubbih is a marketplace and marketing channel; unless we expressly say otherwise for a particular product, Lubbih does not itself perform the merchant’s service.

2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract
• Information you submit is true, accurate, and about you (or you have authority to submit it)
• You will keep account credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account
• You will use Lubbih only for lawful purchases consistent with these Terms and each deal’s fine print

4. Prohibited activities

• Scraping, bulk exporting, or automated harvesting of Lubbih content without written permission
• Fraudulent, speculative, or abusive purchasing (including exceeding stated per-account limits)
• Reselling vouchers commercially, duplicating codes, or attempting to redeem the same voucher more than once
• Interfering with Lubbih’s infrastructure or security
• Using Lubbih brand materials in misleading ways
• Any commercial misuse of referral links outside our Affiliate Terms

5. Purchasing deals and vouchers

When you buy a deal you receive a voucher or digital proof redeemable for the merchant offer described on that deal page, subject to these Terms and the deal’s fine print (“About this deal,” redemption instructions, and restrictions).

Lubbih prices may include a platform markup on top of the merchant’s agreed price. Displayed “original” or retail prices are based on information merchants provide or estimates and may vary by location or date.

Payment is processed by third-party processors. You authorize charges for the amounts shown at checkout.

After successful payment we email confirmation and voucher details. Keep your code secure. Lost or stolen vouchers are generally not our responsibility once issued, except as required by law or where we can reasonably re-issue after verification.

6. Merchants and deal fine print

Each deal has its own fine print: what’s included, when and where you can redeem, purchase limits, ID requirements, and other restrictions. That fine print is part of your purchase contract for that deal.

Tips, optional upgrades, and some taxes or fees may be charged by the merchant at redemption unless the deal expressly includes them.

7. Standard voucher rules

Unless a deal’s fine print or applicable law says otherwise:

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
• Duplicate use, unauthorized resale, or transfer in violation of the fine print is prohibited
• Validity / promotional value expires on the date shown on the deal (or earlier if the offer ends)
• Purchase limits and inventory caps may apply; we may cancel or refuse orders that appear abusive

8. Refunds

Unless a deal’s fine print expressly states otherwise, or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable after payment is successfully completed.

If a merchant cannot honor a valid, unexpired voucher through no fault of yours, contact us at deals@lubbih.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, store credit, or replacement subject to verification.

Chargebacks initiated in bad faith may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases.

9. Disclaimers

Lubbih is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Jamaican law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted service, merchant quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or that deals will remain available.

We are not liable for injuries, losses, or claims arising from your use of merchant goods or services obtained via a Lubbih voucher, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of Lubbih or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid Lubbih for the specific deal giving rise to the claim (or, if no purchase, J$5,000). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Affiliate program

If you participate as a creator or affiliate, the Affiliate Terms also apply and control in case of conflict on commission topics.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to ongoing paid relationships may be communicated by email where practical.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Courts in Jamaica have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
