How Lubbih works

How do I buy a deal?

Browse the deals on the homepage, click the one you want, and pay securely. You'll get a QR code by email right after. No app required.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Open the QR code from your confirmation email and show it to staff at the venue. They'll scan it on the spot to confirm your booking.

Do deals expire?

Each deal has its own expiry date shown on the listing. Make sure to book before it expires. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Additional payment options may be added over time.

Can I get a refund?

Unless a deal's fine print says otherwise, purchases are non-refundable after payment. If a merchant cannot honor a valid voucher through no fault of yours, email deals@lubbih.com with your order details. We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement after verification. What are creator Lists?

Creator Lists are public collections of recommended Deals and approved Goods content. If you buy a Deal through a creator's List, that creator receives attribution for the purchase at no extra cost to you.

Which business account should I choose?

Choose Merchant if you run a local business or venue that will redeem vouchers. Choose Brand if you represent a product brand or distributor and want to fund creator Goods campaigns. Start from the List your business page to compare both paths.

What is included with Merchant Free?

Merchant core Free includes unlimited voucher Deals, one active standard creator campaign, QR redemption, basic messaging, Team, and Messages. Goods unlocks with a one-time free Pro trial, then a 1-campaign taste month; after that Pro is required for Goods. Merchant Pro also adds creator CRM, discovery, invitations, briefs, and deeper ROI reporting.

What is included with Brand Free?

Brand core Free includes unlimited Goods campaigns, Creators, Budget, Team, and Messages. Deals and redemption unlock with a one-time free Pro trial, then a 1-Deal taste month; Brand Pro is required afterward for Deals.

How can a Brand create a voucher Deal?

Activate the one-time Pro trial or subscribe to Brand Pro, then publish Deals for your Brand redemption locations. Partnerships with Merchants still apply when proposing Deals through partner venues.

What does it cost to list a Merchant Deal?

There is no upfront listing fee for a standard Merchant Deal. Lubbih earns through the transaction economics when vouchers sell. Optional Pro subscriptions, Goods funding, and additional campaign or creative services are separate.

What does a Goods campaign cost?

The campaign owner prepays the campaign funding shown at checkout, plus payment processing and any disclosed Lubbih service fee. Creator-visible campaign budget and CPM are not reduced by a creator-side platform fee.

How do I see vouchers and redemptions?

Log in to your merchant dashboard to scan QR codes, look up voucher codes manually, and view your redemption history.

How and when do I get paid?

Lubbih processes payouts to merchants on an agreed schedule. Your earnings per voucher and payout details are visible in your dashboard under Earnings.

Can I have multiple staff members on one account?

Yes. As the owner, you can invite staff from the Team tab in your merchant dashboard. Cashiers can scan and redeem vouchers; owners can manage deals and see earnings.

How do I join as a creator?

Create a free account at lubbih.com/creator/signup. The welcome guide introduces Deals, public Lists, Goods campaigns, payouts, and the Creator Hub.

How do I earn commission?

Share your unique Deal referral link or add the Deal to a public List. When someone purchases with your attribution, you earn a share of Lubbih's net earnings pool on that voucher.

What are the commission rates?

Your account starts at 30% of the net Lubbih earnings pool, not 30% of the full customer payment or Merchant payout. Your share can rise on each Deal toward the configured 40% maximum, and maxing a Deal can permanently raise your account base.

What can I add to a public List?

You can combine active Deals with links to your own approved Goods content posts. Creator Free allows up to three combined items on each public List. Creator Pro removes that limit.

How do I earn from Lubbih Goods?

Apply to or accept an invitation for a funded campaign, follow the brief, publish your content, and submit the post URL. Approved earnings are based on the campaign CPM and externally verified views, subject to the campaign minimum, creator maximum, and remaining escrow.

What does Creator Pro include?

Creator Pro costs JMD 800/month and includes unlimited items on every public List plus instant in-app and email alerts when funded Goods campaigns open. It does not increase commission rates or Goods CPM and does not bypass approval.

Do I earn a bonus for bringing a business to Lubbih?

Creators can introduce and submit suitable businesses, but a cash sourcing-bonus amount has not been finalized. Do not assume a referral bonus unless a specific Lubbih offer states the reward and terms.

When do I get paid?

Deal commissions are held for seven days after voucher redemption. Goods earnings follow content approval and view verification before entering the pending balance, then follow the applicable hold. Once funds are available, request a withdrawal from the Earnings page.

What information do I need to provide for payouts?

Add your bank account details in the Creator Hub. Available withdrawals are reviewed and processed by the Lubbih team to that account.

Is ID verification required?

You can join and start exploring before verification, but government-issued ID verification is required before your first payout. Upload it from the Profile page in the Creator Hub.
