Common questions
Who can create a Goods campaign?
Brand accounts can run multiple Goods campaigns on Free. Merchant Goods unlocks with a one-time Pro trial (full access), then a 1-campaign taste month; Merchant Pro allows unlimited concurrent Goods campaigns.
Do I need a huge following?
No. Goods pays for verified views on your content, not follower count. Micro-creators with strong engagement often win.
How is pay calculated?
Campaigns set a CPM (JMD per 1,000 verified views) and a max payout per creator. You see both before you apply.
When do I get paid?
After your content is approved, Lubbih verifies eligible views using the campaign's verification window. Approved earnings enter your pending balance and become withdrawable after the applicable hold.
Is there a fee taken from creators?
No clipper-side platform cut on your CPM. Lubbih charges brands a service fee on campaign spend.
Do I need Creator Pro to join Goods campaigns?
No. Creator Free and Creator Pro can both browse, apply, submit approved content, and earn under the same campaign payout rules. Creator Pro adds instant campaign-drop alerts and unlimited public List items.
Can I add my campaign content to a public List?
Yes, after the submission is approved. You can add a tracked link to your own approved Goods post alongside Deals. List clicks help discovery analytics but do not count as verified payout views.
What does the campaign owner pay?
The owner funds the campaign amount shown at checkout, plus payment processing and any disclosed Lubbih service fee. Creator-visible budget and CPM are not reduced by a creator-side platform cut.
