What does it cost to list?
There are no upfront listing fees. Lubbih earns when vouchers sell. You agree on a discounted offer price with our team.
What is Lubbih Pro?
Core Free includes unlimited Deals, redemption, applications, basic messaging, one active creator campaign, Team, and Messages. Goods campaigns unlock with a one-time free 1-month Pro trial. After trial, you keep 1 Goods campaign for one more month; then Pro is required for Goods. Pro (JMD 4,999/month) also adds unlimited campaigns, creator CRM, discovery, invites, briefs, and ROI analytics.
How does the Merchant Pro trial work?
From Account, activate a one-time free trial for full Pro access (including Goods) for 30 days. If you skip Pro afterward, a taste month allows 1 concurrent Goods campaign. Creator discovery, unlimited campaigns, and analytics require paid Pro or an active trial — not the taste period.
What is Lubbih Business Network?
A Merchant Pro feature (including the free Pro trial) to request contact with Brands and other Merchants. After they accept, you chat in Messages. Networking only — it does not grant Deal location access.
Are standard creator campaigns and Goods campaigns the same limit?
No. Free always includes one active standard creator campaign. Goods is a cross-feature: unlocked by trial/Pro, with a 1-campaign taste month after trial. Using a creator campaign does not consume a Goods slot.
Can a Brand propose a Deal for my location?
Yes, but only after you approve the Brand relationship and permitted Merchant location. You remain the voucher redemption and payout counterparty, and the proposal cannot become active until you approve its terms.
How does Merchant Pro billing work?
Merchant Pro is JMD 4,999/month or JMD 49,990/year. Start checkout from Account in the Merchant dashboard. Pro activates only after Opay confirms payment.
How do creators help my business?
Verified local influencers promote your deal with tracked referral links. You get exposure to new audiences without paying for traditional ads upfront.
How do payouts work?
Your earnings per voucher and payout schedule are visible in your merchant dashboard under Earnings.
Can my staff redeem vouchers?
Yes. Invite team members from the Team tab. Cashiers can scan QR codes; owners manage deals and earnings.
